We began the trip by watching the film about Marianne North and admiring her amazing paintings.

 

We then were given a special tour of the Royal Kitchens and the Kitchen Garden, after which we sat and enjoyed our picnic lunches and then visited Kew Palace and gardens. It is great to be able to visit Kew on a regular basis thanks to the Community Access Scheme.
